Was talking to my wife about switching to this financial institution and to see how friendly they are. We drove over and asked for change, the teller informed us due to new policies we can't give change out unless your a member, so to me I look at it like this, I can get change anywhere else in town, I'm not invested in these locations but will continue to trade with them as they have services to offer, by not offering simple change shows me it's an inconvenience for them to do currency exchange and begs rhe question what services will be handled with care when it counts.

I have been with Eddy Federal CU for many years. Linda Thomas has always been most helpful. Linda has always gone above and beyond for me. I would rate her service to Eddy Federal CU 5 star service. THANK YOU LINDA FOR YOUR HELP.

Incredible experience , if your are new to Carlsbad NM . I Highly recommend Eddy Credit Union. In the pursuit of looking for a credit I came across rude and prudish banks /people here . Case in point don't judge a book by it cover folks . Guess I wasnt dripping with diamonds and dressed to the nines. I finally found Eddy Federal Credit Union . They were wonderfully sweet and professional . Courtney Fannin was exceptionlay professional and polite . After I finished​ with her , I spoke to Sylivia Jackson the( loan officer) . It was close to closing time but she did not rush me and answered all my questions and was very informative . Again please check them out , it is so taxing moving to another state , much less looking for a bank! Valeire Hogan

Sylvia Jackson is the best with loans. Always a great experience going in there and always very attentive and helpful. Love this credit union!!!
