Not one to do negative reviews but I just thought it was crazy how hard it was to get in touch with loan officers given they don’t have personal cell numbers from my understanding. Worked with them on a loan for about a month just to get denied though income and credit easily supported the loan. Found a different auto lender and got approved within 24 hours at the same rate with a longer payment option. I hate talking down on any business ever but I really just couldn’t understand the way they handled my situation and would suggest looking eleswhere.

I can safely say that they’re in my experience with the Credit union there were a total of two people within my experience of returning to financial security that Did everything to try and help me to get my check cleared. If you have a large check and you needed cash and you’re a new member I would recommend going to financial securities credit union

I worked with Michelle on a auto loan recently and was very impressed! She did amazing with our loan, was extremely fast and super friendly. I will defiantly give Financial Security my business for every loan needed from now on.

Used to be a good credit union. I feel they are more like Wells Fargo, there is nothing credit union about them, dollars are the bottom line now! The ATM has been broke for months and their excuse is the ATM company! Not sure if you can order from another company. I'm sure its the cheapest one possible thats why they are waiting. Another thing is you have to go inside to get a cashier's check plus you pay for them now! They charge for everything now!! It's a bank in disguise!!!

EDIT since my review the person who responded gave a number to call wich we thought could hopefully shed some light on the matter but after several calls no one answered and it now says the Google number is off so we called the banks number hoping to get to them that way wich again was more of the ignorante runaround it looks like the response was just for show they froze my wife's account for investigation because even though it was shut off her card was still active we waited months for a new card wich never came and its been frozen for several months after and after calling several times they're saying were waiting for a meeting that we have no idea when it will be and they will not tell us when because they sent the letter to the wrong address and after speaking to a "manager" (who is all about policy yet cant update an address ) she cant give any information about anything no date to the meeting no phone number because it's against policy but clearly its policy to give out your information her id is on file and apparently thats not enough to get the information this is by far the worst bank I have ever seen just save yourself and go somewhere that doesn't have to third party everything
