This banks staff are the rudest I've ever seen and heard, I couldn't get out of this bank quicker, just got my loan on my vehicle paid off and I'm so glad I won't be dealing with these ppl . The Loan officers are rude and when asked for certain info got upset because it required them to do extra work . Annisa was very rude on the phone when I asked to get a 10 day payoff because it required more info then the unprofessional screen shot she sent me of an computer screen then rudely asked the dealership guy why he required more info, I was completely embarrassed by these actions and it's not the first time ppl have been rude . Hundred percent do not recommend this bank. Update your systems a screen shop my info on a computer screen is not enough info to do business .

So DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BANK, NOT MY BANK ANY LONGER. ACCOUNTS WILL BE CLOSED ASAP. DAMN RUDE!! I have been a member of this bank and been in good standing. My family has been member for yrs. I also have a relative that works at the bank. I am so disappointed in the service I received today. I understand that they have hours and would like to go home but I have been here 3 times today and was next in line . They lady's at the window knew I what I was doing and I told them I would be right here. I was there @ 1:01 and they closed the window on me. I am switching banks and credit cards. How WOW to treat a dedicated member as such when I had already talked to them 3 times and they knew exactly what I was doing to get my check cashed. A wonderful small bank. And not connected to those thieving Big Banks!! People who work here, in front and in the little offices, are careful, efficient and really, really nice. (And honest! One day in the drive-through, I accidentally included a $5 bill with my signed receipt, and they immediately let me know and sent it back!!) I'm happy I found Cannon.

I have been a member of the Credit Union for a short few years. Today I was faced with an extremely time sensitive situation and found myself at the bank 45min before closing time asking for assistance. The people at this bank are simply outstanding. Not only for they meet everyone of my needs/requests, they did so professionally and with a mind towards making sure I was taken care of. I can not praise these people enough for their dedication to their members. Thank you all Anissa, Mariah, and all the associates who had a hand in taking care of me and my needs. You all got it straight out of the park today!!
