I have lost count of years I've been with this bank, but I know it's been over 10 yrs. They have great customers service and are friendly. So many smiling faces, they try their best to help you with accounts, and loans. If there is suspicious activity on your card purchase, they will freeze your card and contact you to see if it was really you making that purchase. Another thing I like is when you have to let them know that you are traveling out of state for a certain period of time. That way your card will work within the States you are traveling through. Otherwise if you do not communicate with them on traveling outside of NM your card will not work.

Been a member for 10 years. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Especially when it comes to finding where certain payments were made. The mobile app is very convenient when your on the go. I enjoy being a customer to this bank for the help they offer.

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Removes funds without approval, allows fraud transactions then makes you wait six months for them to investigate. Worst service I’ve ever received! Can’t do anything online or via email. They require you to come in person even if you live out of town.

Though I do love the fact that the interest rates were not as high with this bank, my family has experienced a lot of attitude from some of the tellers. I also do not agree with some of the fees we have to pay just because we chose to have a debit card. Also I do not agree with the fact the bank makes it impossible to get an account here only because of the address on your ID. Its an okay bank but still needs a lot of improvements.
