Berenice was very knowledgeable and helpful. She is as able to clearly and concisely explain the framework of our arrangement and what was necessary in order to complete the process. Thank you again Berenice and thank you Del Norte Credit Union! You guys have always treated me great over the years.

Came in with regards to applying for a personal loan at the Los Alamos branch and was amazed by the ease and quickness it was to have everything processed and approved. Berenice Ramirez, BXP Consultant II, made the whole process a breeze. She started the process for me all before her lunch brake and stayed in communication with me during the whole approval process until it was finalized. Great experience overall and will definitely keep going back!

I make a unique burden for the staff at the Los Alamos branch. I run thousands of dollars in coins through their machine, and for all the possible inconvenience I give them, they're always willing to help. Josh is just a hands down, great guy. And Bernice is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've never needed a loan, CD, or mortgage yet, but from my everyday dealings with this branch and it's staff, I wouldn't hesitate to go to them first if I needed anything more.
