The supervisor (Cindy was their name I think) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an issue that needed a quick explanation (I will admit it was a simple issue, but it was confusing for me). Now understanding what happened with my account (no thanks to them) that still does not warrant an answer in a poorly-toned and snarky manner followed up with “I don’t know how to get it through to you.” This was from a 5 minute phone call. This was the first and last time that I called for customer support. Try to be more patient with members that are just anxious about their funds. I can’t imagine the attitude they take towards more complicated matters that take more than a 5 minute phone call. I will be closing my account because of this. Do better.

BEWARE! Everyone’s Federal Credit Union exploits the elderly, disabled, disadvantaged, and minority groups. If you have a loan or an account with EFCU please make sure they have not removed your life or disability insurance from your loan. My mother just passed away and the bank has removed their life insurance in April of 2023. Their response is we sent, 2 letters. My parents NEVER received these letters, if they had the insurance would still be active. They do not have proof that my parents received the letters and the bank had several face to face interactions with them prior to the change and NOT once did they provide the quality services they brag about. They have failed their slogan, “Everything we do, we do for you”. Everything they do is for them. Instead of Court spending his time making TikTok videos he needs to focus on ensuring his bank is providing the quality services our community deserves. Please do not let them do to you what they have done to my parents. This is a huge injustice and not what we should be dealing with at this time.

Worst credit union EVER!! Wouldn’t even make change for us. Have a credit union account in portales and twice have refused to help us. Rude and snotty employees each time. Wish I could give zero stars.

Deposited a check on Saturday, literally had to wait till Midnight of the following Thursday to get my check. Bills got screwed up I owe more, lol a whole week for a four hundred dollar that got deposited in their ATM. Lesson learned on that one

Well let me tell you people. That this credit union is not the best at customer service. Their automated system is not working half the time. I call the number and no one ever answers. Why have a phone number and not answer it? I think they are to busy playing on the computer looking at tictok, instead of tending business.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
