Annabelle Masick was the one who took care of me, She was phenomenal. She answered all my questions, guided me through the process, Very patient with me, explained all my options to me and was super helpful. Very great working with her. I will definitely recommend Sunmark to my friends and relatives for all their banking need. I was very impressed with this Sunmark's service.

I’m Clifton Park office with Taylor Lopez to have a loan refinanced. She never asked our names or to see ID. I am assuming she took them off the title we handed to her. She never told us what she was going to be doing just started typing on her keyboard. About 25 minutes of watching her typing she got up said she had to print something out, came back and made a comment that she hates closing out other people loans. I am assuming she meant loans other employees started and not clients coming in to close out their loans - but who knows. I am just shocked overall of the lack of customer service, lack of professionalism (including her attire). We ended up having to ask for her manager after she asked us to start signing paperwork without looking at ID, asking us our names and not explaining anything to us. Katie Gamache the manager was able to quickly get up to speed and get things handled.

Worst Move Ever! They Built A New Building That They Share With A Dunkin Donuts There Is No Drive Thru Anymore Just Dunkin Has A Drive Thru So For Us Who Have Disabilities And Has Issues Walking In now Have To Drive To Latham To Do Our Banking! Bad Choice To Share A Building With A Drive Thru Company! Very Limited Parking In Front Of New Bank Again They Share The Small Parking Lot With Dunkin Donuts So The Parking Spots Are Limited! And Few! The closest Parking Is Where The Day care Center Is But Dont Dare Try To Park There The Owner Of The Day Care Center Will Come Out Screaming At You To Move Your Car these Parking Spots Are Reserved The Day Care Center Only! Bad Bad Choice And Design Of New Building It’s More Of A Kiosk Banking !

I came to Sunmark after formerly being a member of CapCom for 10+ years and was extremely dissatisfied with how corporate Broadview was. After looking around, calling every other credit union, asking the questions that were important to me, I chose Sunmark. And I have had no issues, and I really love that they have a annual meeting with the board like other Cooperatives such as Honest Weight where you can make your voice heard
