Showed up at 11am and was told by Teresa that she didn’t have time to help us as they were short staffed. We wanted to apply for a vehicle loan that we test drove Saturday. We told her not a problem, we will go somewhere else, she said oh I can run it through. Got approved immediately, asked us to come back at 1:30pm that day, came back at 1:30pm and was told she had just left for lunch. Thank God Jen stepped in to close out loan, after we received our proceeds was informed they require you to have a $500 deductible on your insurance. We bank with 2 other institutions , decided to give them a try as they have a rate great for vehicles, and they are local. This was my first and last experience with them, Other than making my payment I will never step foot in there again. I worked in banking at the branch level for over 10 years, holding the head teller position and customer service end, and would never treat a customer that way. The Branch Manager Chris was so rude to my husband also. For the .25% difference, STAY WITH ESL it’s so not worth it!!!!!

It was a good Credit Union to start out with at a young age, but however, their hours of operation are slightly mediocre and an inconvenience due to work schedule and let’s say vice versa, closed on observed holidays. Had my card number stolen twice in one year, and had to get a new card, which takes well over one week by mail, and I have bills to pay through auto-debit, which puts me at risk for missing payments. I will only use this bank for Savings rather than a Checking account.

My husband and I have been with cobblestone country federal credit union over 27 years. We have my savings and checking. I also have a Christmas club. Car/truck loans, motorcycle loans, RV loans yep we’ve had a few. I love that they can preset my money transfers to my accounts and take care of my loan payments so I don’t have to. Everyone I have worked with at CCFCU is always kind , courteous and helpful. Even our college student is now banking with CCF CU and was able to buy her firsts car.
