I have been a member of the Sweet home Federal credit Union. . I have found them to be very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me if any problems occur, which I’ve never had any problems occur with them all transactions go very smoothly. They’re always very polite and courteous And they seem to just know their customers on a first name basis I enjoy doing banking there very much and I’ve come to realize that credit unions are in much better financial shape than the typical banks The credit union from what I’ve noticed is much more reliable than the banks better financial situation than the banks. I wish their ATM could receive deposits David. Amherst NY

The staff are amazing. Always helpful, kind and friendly. Answer all my questions when I go in or call. Also love the automated fraud detection texts.

Amazing bank and people that work there, however their phone system is absolutely terrible… calls never go through and the MOM system is always bugged.. when I can’t reach the bank in person it’s always a struggle to talk to them over the phone

I’ve been banking w SHFC for 35 years and in the past they were super friendly, pleasant and were a pleasure to deal with. But unfortunately ever since Joyce retired and Korey went behind a desk they hired this larger set man to work the counter that is a nightmare to deal with. Every time I go in there now he makes it seem like I’m bothering him when I need help and when I ask questions he acts like my questions are dumb and he seems like he doesn’t actually want to assist me. The funny thing is I thought maybe I was being sensitive but my whole family banks there and all four have agreed that he is just the worst. We’ve all switched to mobile banking only and avoid going in physically because of him. No one made you take that job bud and it’s easy to find a new job right now, so if you’re that miserable there do us all a favor and quit or maybe the bank should let u go. Either way the banks customers would be better for it.
