The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason. I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.

Excellent customer service and always very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Best interest rates! So satisfied will never leave as a customer to a different bank. My partner Jason Northrup has also been a memeber here at Auburn FCU for a decade plus and is a customer for life. Shout out to Michael Fronzek, commonly working at both the Auburn and weedsport branches. He had the upmost respect, professionalism and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend, thank you Mike!

They do not like people who move alot of money around. Constantly calling and flagging your account. They also lied and do not know how to deal with fraud. NOT A SAFE BANK!!! Due to their incompetency and lies I was left with out funds and stranded!!
