This supposed Bank is an absolute joke. They bought out Bethpage FCU, who I had a Heloc through. They changed up the entire system I was using. I now have no way of making transfers online. I need to go write a physical check and deposit it in person into the account the automatic payments are coming from at a branch. Well I dont friggin live in New York im in MA. So they found a sister branch I could do that at. That branch is still not in my state. I have to drive across state lines. Ive tried multiple times to draw the remaining balance of my Heloc credit as Im using that money to pay the Heloc until I get out of all my other debt. all the attempts and wasted time driving to the bank the checks wouldnt clear. I went online to try and pay my balance from another bank account and you cant make payments after 9 PM. Its made a mess of my payments. The payments im making arent being applied correctly. I have outstanding balances from october when I just made a payment in december to cover any outstanding balances. this bank is an absolute JOKE. I cant wait to refinance to another bank.

I recently opened checking accounts with Four Leaf CU through a video meeting, and I had the pleasure of working with Keshia. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Keshia made everything easy to understand and ensured all my questions were answered. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and absolutely stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

In the list of life’s bad experiences, I’d say this one comes in the top five. And that includes death. Four leaf pulled a bait and switch on us. We remember the old days when Bethpage credit union was the go to for any kind of home or home equity loan. When it was bought by this company things went spiraling downhill. We applied for a loan a home equity back in the late summer. By the way, I have already sent an email to them well within the 72 hours you have to dispute a loan with no answer. Anyway, the loan that we asked for was not what we got. They were having a promotion for a loan at a very good interest rate, and the only stipulation was that you had to continue the loan for a full year and the time after you paid the main part of the loan you had to maintain a $25,000 owed line of credit and pay that monthly. The loan was never contingent upon the selling of our home. It was contingent upon our assets, which they thoroughly checked out. We were promised this loan and assured that’s what we would get. I wish there was a spot for photos because I would put up the photo of the advertised loan. I did not find out until closing that they had switched the loans. Yes, I stupidly signed thinking after all the phone calls, (and there will be a phone trail), thinking that that’s the product I received. Upon closing, I found that they switched it to a three year loan with a $4600 penalty for paying early. The other loan had no penalty, you simply paid your monthly amount on 25,000 and the whole thing was over within one year. No penalties. The difference has cost us 2000+. We of course, are going to report this to the major guardians of banking and credit. Do not under any circumstances deal with this institution . We have been told this is not the first time four leaf has pulled this little switch around. Again, yes, we signed – but yes, they have to have recorded all prior phone calls to the signing. If I could give this institution a zero – I would. What’s even more insulting? Is that when you call the number to discuss this with loans, when you put in your loan number or your Social Security number they disconnect you because it’s wiped out. Please beware.

30 minutes on hold to access my own money to pay for my daughter's surgery delaying the surgery start time causing more stress on an already stressful day. Cold and emotionless staff rattle on about policy, and the manager couldn't even get on the phone in a reasonable time. We started to bank with Bethpage because they were supposed to be better then the big banks but clearly they are following the same path. Absolutely disgusted with the organization.

I leased a car and my loan was placed with Bethpage which became Four Leaf, and it has been the WORST banking experience of my life. First, they don't accept any online or electronic payments unless you open a checking or savings account with them. So you have to send in a paper check each month. Then they misapply payments, stack up fees for their errors, and then when you try and pay off the fees, they apply the payment to the principle and keep rolling the fees forward. So every bill you get is more than the last. And finally the best part....when you call the call center reps are flat out rude. I'm about to take my car back early just to end the nightmare.
