Connie is downright the most rude person I’ve ever heard at a bank. We have a lengthy conversation copy or her saying “find a different bank then” and “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” and so much more as we are selling something to someone who is a member and is approved for a loan. Downright rudest interaction I’ve ever heard.

The people at GHS could not be more helpful. I opened a checking account and the service person there spent so much time explaining everything to me, answering all my questions. I felt like my business there mattered. GHS also gave me a car loan, which has given me a chance to continue building my credit. Having a car will help me change my life. GHS is much more than just a bank; they go above and beyond to make you feel that your money and your business are important to them. THANK YOU GHS!! My most recent experience at GHSFCU was such a nice experience restoring my belief that people care and are good. I was having a bit of financial struggles. The teller at the credit union was so wonderful. She called the manager over to assist with my situation and the manager could see I was getting emotionally upset due to my circumstances. The manager took me into her office and helped with my financial problem with such professionalism and kindness. The folks who work at GHS go above and beyond for their customers. I just can't say enough good about GHS Federal Credit Union. THANKS AGAIN GHS!!

Got my first loan today! I applied online and quickly got a call back. Staff were very friendly and informative. Also, the process was very quick and simple. Will be doing business with them again!!

I'm shocked that this place is even in business. You set up auto pay, they successfully take it out for the first two months and then the third month opt not to take it out and instead choose to send you a delinquent payment notice. I've never missed a payment in my life and am beyond disgusted at this. Absolutely would never recommend. Do yourself a favor and do your banking elsewhere so that your credit doesn't take the hit for their negligence. OH! and let's not forget how before I could even activate the card they sent me, it was hacked. It's truly laughable. When I called about it, they admitted that the first majority of the digits are all the same, you only have to guess a couple at the end, so that's how it can happen. It's ridiculous. Other points against them, their app and website are impossible to even use, they will not allow you to log in, will not send you the emails they say they're sending, tell you you're already registered. I don't have one good thing to say.

Been a part of GHS for over 30 years and always was pleased. They put in the upgrade and it now is a nightmare at best. Cannot find things and to message to ask a question usually is a minimum 2 day wait. Either that or pack a tent and food and move in.I waited over 2 hours on 2 calls to get assistance, and ended up going there to wait about 30 minutes to be handed over to tech for assistance. Two hours and 5 people later I finally got my accounts linked. Still have questions about account transfers. Messaged to ask about it and was told you get a statement. The customer concern has gone down the drain. I will look elsewhere.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
