Don’t even bother getting involved with this bank there’s a reason that rarely anyone knows about it. They take forever to deliver your card and they don’t even bother to reach out to you. Their app is so buggy and weird and CLEARLY needs updates. And not to mention they’re lazy because well, just look at their schedule. Don’t even bother.

Talk about barely communicating. If you’re looking to get a card, try somewhere else that *WONT* waste your time.

One word: Predatory! They charge fees for absolutely everything. On top of that, they hide behind, "it was in the material we provided when the account was opened." Not to sound like an ageist, but if the account owner is pushing 80, and has health issues, they're not really going to remember the fine print. Wouldn't it be kind to remind a customer of the rules when you see they've incurred $100s in fees, especially when their account is very low due to being on a fixed income? It's disgusting how money hungry this place is, and how seemingly little regard they have towards the elderly.

We have been members since 1984. Even when we moved to NJ from the Amalgamated, we have remained very satisfied members. Customer service is amazing and the financial aspects of "banking" (credit unioning?) are great. Unbeatable! If you are eligible, join, and have all your eligible family members join. Jon
