I recently used the credit union for an auto loan because the rates are far better than anywhere else. I had never obtained my own auto finance (always went through the dealership). The process was way smoother than I anticipated. It also made me feel more in control of my car purchase and not at the mercy of the salesman. The credit union associates are very nice to work with.

It is lovely when the person. You bank with knows you on Sight, and you can ask for a person by name, when you call. ALWAYS helpful and professional.

I have been with the credit union for over 30 yrs, never had any problems. But lately when i try to check my balances or make a transaction through the automated system on evening or weekends i can’t get through. It keeps insisting that i have the wrong account number or access code number. It is very frustrating. When i reported it on several occasions they insisted it was something i was doing wrong. I tried from my home phone and from my cell phone and still couldn’t get through.
