The at crossroads is very friendly, I love it that they remember who you are and is helpful at anytime. Not like corporate banks when your a number I feel comfortable 😌 and I wouldn't have it any other way

Decent bank, however, they literally stole money from an associate of mine who accidentally sent money to my phone number instead of an employee of hers. Their attorney and paralegals lied , had me drive 25 minutes to and from after telling me one thing on the phone, then when I got there it was a completely different contract.

Been six hours...can't get anyone to answer phone....not good.. And your customer service was absolutely no help...disgusted

None answers calls. Could honestly be busy bit I tried multiple departments just to touch base as a possible members but all 4 calls went unanswered
