Took out my first personal loan with this location yesterday. They made the process very easy, they made sure I understood everything completely, and I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I been with this credit union for 4 years 2weeks ago they wouldn’t reverse $75 in fees that was there fault so I decided when I came off my vacation I would be closing my account just so happen Tue July 26th I went to the bank after paying bills online to make sure I wasn’t overdrawn my account the lady said everything looked good so I left $161 for a bill the very next day I get hit with a $35 fee lack of communication and bad business (Harlem rd)

Wanted to leave this review for the Harlem branch, although it wouldn't surprise me if other branches' behavior was similar. This institution will re-arrange your transactions (date, time and all) to make your account overdrawn.
