I cannot say enough about this credit union! From the moment I opened my personal account to managing my business finances, they have consistently gone above and beyond. The staff treats every member with genuine care, taking the time to listen, explain, and find solutions tailored to individual needs. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to the community. They aren’t just a financial institution—they’re a partner invested in helping people and local businesses thrive. Whether it’s offering guidance on savings goals, supporting small business growth, or hosting community initiatives, they embody what it means to put members first. Every interaction feels personal, professional, and supportive. It’s rare to find a place where customer service is this exceptional across the board. This credit union is more than a bank—it’s a trusted ally for both personal and business success. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a financial institution that truly values its members and community!

I was in the Clinton location last week, I had a very small check and wanted to use what little I could to keep my savings account active as I need it for disability. As I was speaking to an associate in her office another woman approached the room and without even entering it told me I needed to return the money as I has an over drafted checking account (which i was discussing with the other associate in the office). She was not quiet or private AT ALL when talking about my private matters. It was embarrassing and belittling to say the least. The lobby was full and where she was positioned speaking to me everyone heard our conversation. I left that office in tears. I will only return once my funds have deposited to that account to pay off the -$30 balance I owe along with the 50 fees they tacked on there when I very humbley told them about my situation. After that I will be withdrawing all of my funds and redirecting the ongoing payments to another bank where they have respect and care for their customers!! That woman should be beyond ashamed of herself. I am beyond disgusted and will be sure to pass along the way they treat their customers to my friends and family so they close their accounts as well.

Access is the quintessential small town credit union. Friendly faces, fast service and people who care. Maria Gall is wonderful! She is ALWAYS willing to help with all our banking needs AND goes the extra mile. Chris is also amazing, I always enjoy her as my teller, she’s personable and efficient. Tom Owens, leads a special crew, that cares about their community!

Love Access...they are very friendly and the lobby is always clean. The staff up front are always helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me when I had questions on my multiple accounts. Maria Gall has helped me to set up my accounts, and had to help me with paperwork for my accounts. I have had to get paperwork notorized. She is professional and get the job done quickly when I have been in a hurry to get purchases made. The drive through is even better since they updated it recently and is easy to get in and out.
