Opened account in October. Dec. account hacked. Then yesterday. Got a fraud alert. Card canceled. Always out of Kentucky. I believed their BS story in December. So posted on the community fb group. Asking if anyone else was having issues. Within minutes had 67 responses. Multiple hacks. Some people having 6-7 times. In December tried to make it like it was isolated. It’s not. Went in today. Same BS run around. The gross incompetence is astounding. Stating all banks have issue. Not like this one I’m afraid. The VP of the bank was supposed to call me in Dec. She did not. Today I stated if she deems it worth while to call me. Again she didn’t. She had some guy call who’s in training. TRAINING. THEY don’t care about their members. The girl I talked to today. Because the Branch Manager WONT talk to you. Solution was To offer me to open a credit card. Because it would have a different number Sequence. Lmao. Do yourself a favor and find a different credit union.

Beware of this bank. I applied for a small loan and have a good credit score. They gaslighted me thinking based off my score I should be approved. They pulled the bait and switch on me to try and sell me a line of equity. They won't be in business long doing things like this.

I currently just started banking here , terrible !!!! You can’t mobile deposit anything over 1000! When you do it takes over 5 days to clear ! I recently went to my location to seek help for a personal loan , 1 of their employees by the name of EVIN I Believe African American women, very judgmental!!! Condescending, thinks she’s above everyone or better than you . Instead of her doing her job she sit and judge you like your beneath her, she never asked if I had a co signer , whole time she’s screwing her face up just ridiculous , I would not recommend

Great staff in person but they must hate talking over the phone! Get rid of all The phones there’s no point in having them if they don’t use them! I don’t think I’ve ever been answered one time ever.
