(edited 9/12/23) The hours have been cut way back. The lobby opens at 9:00 am. I used to like coming in to work and dropping by early to visit my money. AND they don't answer the phone until after 9:00. Not so good on the customer service front. Too bad, the credit union used to be great. Edit 10/2/23 They must be understaffed because they rarely answer the phone. (Edited 9/4/24) Every September I like to voice my opinion about something. I think it's because it's my birthday month and like my wife I celebrate my birthday every day of the month. So I thought I'd give another look at my favorite banking facility. They have improved their service and actually answer their phone, So I give them an additional star for that. Also, they helped me out when my account was breached. I had to close my account and open another one because someone was writing checks against the account. Unfortunately, they charged me $5 for each account I opened (sav/chk) so that was a little salt on the already opened wounds of dealing with forged checks, bounced checks and a hundred online sites attached to my checking account. But all in all, they give out free food 6-8 times a year and you can spin the wheel to have a chance at a Bills Jersey. 4/5 stars! Give me my $10 bucks back and I'll give you one more.

I’ve been doing business with this credit union for the past 15 years along with many others. Now, they are not perfect, however compared to a lot of other banks I have done business with, they are superior. I live 1500 miles away in Colorado and every time I call with a question or problem they can identify me by my voice and help solve whatever may be going on. Some of the staff have been there for a long time. With that they bring a personalized services, great communication and knowledge. 1 star Steve, must have been rude or a jerk because I have never met someone upset with this staff or services. 🥴

Update: they changed their online banking security and STILL do not offer 2FA. Relatively easy to work with overall, provided as you can get into their office during bank hours. Otherwise, never mind. Easily the most infuriating online banking experience I have come across. Its easier to reset your password from the start every time you want to login, vs attempting to login, locking yourself out, and then calling in to someone in the branch to reset your password. To the bank IT staff: just enable 2FA like a normal org and stop with this yesteryear style of "security".

The people are nice. But the website is very disappointing. Online banking is very lacking. The inability to reach someone after hours is annoying. This is not a bank to do primary banking with .

Web site is very disappointing. Need to call every time password fails, never get an e-mail with password instructions. Get an outside company to design website not internal design.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
