I had a pleasant experience with Dana Wright, who kindly and patiently answered all of my questions regarding a personal loan. The process required a lot of gathering paperwork and clarification. Dana communicated very quickly through email, texting and phone calls as she guided me step by step until the loan process was complete. I highly recommend working with her for all your lending needs! I also called Nassau Financial another day to transfer money from one account to the other. Paloma mentioned that I can combine all my accounts together and transfer on the app at my convenience. She merged all my accounts in one place and made my life so much easier! Paloma was a great help on a stressful day! Thank you!

I have been banking with NCFCU for more than 30 years. I shop around and find their rates can’t be beat. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Today I was having a technical issue with my online banking and I was fortunate enough to have Crystal answer my call. She was extremely polite, professional and very patient while I explained the problem. She understood the problem and worked with me to figure out the solution. I wish more customer support people were like Crystal. She was fantastic!

I worked with Jason Little on a HELOC loan. Jason could not have been more helpful with the application process and worked hard to assure that my loan closed quickly and easily. However, what really impressed me is that Jason responded to me when I wanted to confirm one of the loan terms many months after the fact. He graciously answered my question and wanted to be sure that I understood. I have been a member of NCFCU for over 45 years and while I have enjoyed working with many of the representatives, Jason really stands out!

Thank God for employees like Anthony Minucci he made what could be a stressful situation as easy as pie. He has great people skills and he walked me through everything and made a possible stressful situation very easy. Helping me with all new technology which I am not fluent in because I am an old school guy. Anthony is a huge asset to Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union. I can see him going very far in his career. Having a true people person goes a long way. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
