If you have money in this credit union, or have your paycheck deposited, STOP. Not only do they not protect you against fraud, told me I must have used my card somewhere I shouldn't have. Theu knew the 1st of 3 charges were fraud, yet they let 2 more charges from the exact same place go through the next day that were pending....if the charge is pending they can stop it. This was deliberate. They told me to figure it out and text me a phone number...pretty sure that's their job. DO NOT TRUST THIS INSTITUTION...

Many issues over the years but normally have good communication and get things resolved. My current card is expiring this month and having issues using the card since technically April it expires. I called them they told me a card was mailed on the 3rd, it’s the 7th and I still do not have the new card. Today it was declined at Walmart. I called again, explaining my frustration and was told she will hang up if I continue to have an attitude. I did not have an attitude I was just speaking in a clear normal tone expressing my concerns and trying to have them resolved. I was asking at all possible to mail the card the month before so this does not happen again and how I’m sure I’m not the only member who has been inconvenienced by this. I was then transferred to the manager and not by me asking.Courtney was the teller taking my car and In fact herself was rude and incapable of having a conversation about the simple mis handling of a bank card. Missy, bank manager, told me the same thing and completely disregarded my concerns and told me there is no one else I could speak to, I could send her and email and she would forward it to the supervisor committee and hung up on me without giving the email or a way of contact.

Helpful and full service credit union. They have recently added a free coin counter for member use. Drive through on Hart St and an ATM in the hospital.
