The people who helped me were very kind, and even though I don't speak English, I was able to easily open my personal account at this new bank 🏦 THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Been a member for 17 years. First it was fraud detection - I was on a vacation and fraud services detected "fraud" after I stopped for fuel.. I couldn't respond timely enough, nor did I think anything of it, but then my card started to be declined everywhere.. pretty scary when that's your only source of $$ as I didn't carry cash. Had to literally sleep in my car for the night to get ahold of them next day.. luckily they could unfreeze the funds and I was good to go, but my trust in them was shaking. Fast forward a few years.. "fraud" detected something and they texted me did you do this.. I said yes.. thought nothing of it and next day my account was frozen.. I had to get a whole new card this time and change over all my auto payments.. pain in the butt.. for what something that wasn't fraud? Now my trust is wavering.. I started using more cash, less checking account.. they can literally and have frozen my account before.. so just recently - exactly the same thing.. fraud? No! It is my purchase! - 3rd time this happened.. I responded to the text and email and still they blocked my account.. it actually over drafted and then come to find out they actually closed my account! 17 years of membership and they treat you like this.. no way.. never again.. so I cancelled my membership and went to another bank who actually gave me $300 just for setting up with them. Happily ever after for me. Good riddance Visions.

Terrible telephone service...first woman I spoke with gave me me completely wrong info which was detrimental...also spoke with a 'supervisor' Shemeeka Hodge who was so fake and only respectful at all because she wanted a survey done. Unbelievable customer service I'll be switching to a better bank next month I already know where i'm going to go...due to the hour these people waisted my time tonight and the STRESS. Horrible bank...Don't take your business here.

After 40 years of five-star service and accolades, Visions recently implemented a change that restricted a legal and critical tool for caregivers. They curtailed certain access for Power of Attorneys, and while the reasons may be valid, this change was enacted - without any prior notification – no letter or email outlining the restrictions impacting those assisting the very people Visions supports and explaining how to proceed. My attempt to navigate their change in access resulted in over 3 hours of phone calls and five days of locked-up banking. Customer Service personnel, Emily and Tiffany, worked diligently and patiently to resolve a problem that appears to have landed squarely on their desks with my call, raising questions about the preparation and support provided to Customer Service for these significant changes. There is no pleasure in writing this review, but as customers, our channels to reach decision-makers are limited. This feedback may fall on deaf ears, or perhaps someone will read it and conduct an after action review of the implementation against its expected outcome. Resolved one problem and created a second. Previously linked external accounts were disconnected, adding inconvenience to reconnect. While a reply to this review is appreciated, it's the CS number, which isn't - IMO - going to provide a further explanation for the hours and days to resolve this.

I was victim to an intricate scam today with callers posing as multiple federal agents with badge numbers and calls showing up from the Broome County Sheriff Depts number (which they used as cover) instructing me to remove cash from the bank to safeguard it before my SS# is shut down. Angella and the manager on duty today warned me about extensive fraud happening and then helped me with kindness and speed, during their lunch break, when I later realized my mistake. They immediately resolved the situation and called their fraud line with details for public awareness. So thankful for the wonderful customer service at Visions in Endicott, and honestly every time I've called or been in a branch. Also the mobile app is great and easy to use. Thank you Visions. And be warned about these scammers, they're smart, prey on fear, and say all the right things.
