They are very bossy with me I'm considering hiring an attorney because I have a mental illness and the staff at all branches are not nice to me and are hurting my mental illness so I'm definitely considering moving my money to a different place now I see why some people don't like financial institutions

I'm lucky if I can get someone to answer the phone and when I finally do I'm not always greeted with very good customer service. You can tell when they're rejecting your phone call and when you continue to call back until someone answers they answer with short attitudes and irritation. So sorry I live far away and have to make a transfer over the phone I guess??

I work with a ton of banks / credit unions, never had a single one tell me they couldn't give me the banks wire instructions, until I met Greater Chautauqua FCU... Never say never.
