I never had a problem with loan or any issue as of yet I been here at this location over 10 years even have new group of customers service so far no issue. I been grateful they in place for me

I’m hard working carrier with an excellent record at my work place make 55,000 to 60,000 a year have my own route and stable. I have being in this place about 4 or 5 times and I keep getting denied over excuses that Spanish rep they have in there that guy pick and just who he helps. Making unnecessary comments that the union is not lending money because carriers don’t pay ! lol this place is a joke. Mind you the money comes out of your check just like my allotment when I add them. But carriers don’t pay they summer long like what is that have to do with me ? So unprofessional. My grandmom past away few days ago needed 2,000 to send her back home mind you this is what they offer you no credit check. But the first excuse was not enough time , make the time and Because I stop the allotments for a bit because my info was stolen. I was denied by them saying I need 6 months of sustainable transactions but I being doing that for months but it didn’t matter the moment I stop it the rest of the months dont count . As a Carrier a feel nothing but discriminated and disrespect it especially with that representative guy name Julio ‘ Don’t go here , don’t open an account here , they pick and choose who to deal with. Not a trust worthy credit union for carriers.

This location has THE WORST customer service. Their attitude is atrocious. They don’t answer the phones, they’ll transfer you and have you wait on hold until you’re frustrated enough to hang up. They do not follow up with their customers: They’ll say “we’ll reach out to you” and NEVER do. You’re being talked to with a condescending, rushed tone if you’re unsure about your policy, account loans etc. If they are unsure about your question they’ll put you on hold until you hang up and never reach out to you again. Theres ONE person in the office who is capable of doing their job well. Doing financial business with this bank has been a headache ONLY because of the staff. This is getting to be a bad office. The phone just rings, and rings nobody will pick up … Years ago it was a great office, not it stinks I guess all them good people left and it’s a shame. JFK office has been closed a few years now so we are stuck with these bad people… I am taking out most of my $$$$$$$ soon…
