I am SO happy that I switched to Parks Heritage. I’ve never had better costumer service at a bank before, and I even used to work at one lol! Lee Anne is AMAZING and I would recommend her over and over again! I greatly appreciate everyone at this bank!

I switched from 1st New York FCU in Wilton to Parks Heritage FCU in Glens Falls looking for a higher interest rate. Not only did I find a great rate for the CD I was opening , the building was extremely quant ,the workers were friendly & also very attentive ! Made me feel right at home.I have nothing be good things to say about Parks Heritage FCU. The woman who took care of me, I believe her name was Cassandra Check, (Perfect name for working in a bank by the way) Was friendly & very professional. I am glad a friend told me to "Check" it out for myself & I couldn't be happier. Love it there !!

I have been a customer of Parks Heritage for over 25 yrs! They have always been pleasant to work with thru the yrs. But recently my Husband and I have been going thru financial/health trouble and Lisa Lindstrand has gone above and beyond to help us with our loan need. She gave us a a deferrement on our loan. And she continues to help us in our time of need by moving our loan dates around and giving us encouraging advice. We are happy to have her and the rest of the team on our side. Thanks Lisa and the whole team at Parks Heritage! Karen Kirk
