I appreciate the FCFFCU a lot. The service at teller stations always feels very professional while still neighborly, and they offer great terms on many useful financial products. My family’s basic money needs feel well managed here. My only (slightly negative?) feedback: I would like to see them implement more modern technology into their offerings; for example, adding options for Apple/Google Pay and upgrading their app. These are more a “nice to have” from my view; the fundamentals are strong.

I have used the Credit Union since the 80' s. Very nice institution to work with. I had a huge credit card debt that was going anywhere so I got talk to them and well got a loan to pay it off. And now that's paid off. Just a couple things I have called to talk to someone about certain things The list of options is exhausting and never here a option for what was calling for. And not sure where they get debit cards from but in last 2 years I have replaced 2 cards because the chip stopped working can be a little embarrassing when trying to use. But that being said I will always use them as my bank
