I will preface this this saying I never write bad reviews.. Meridia is THE WORST credit union to work with. Will never be bringing my business here again and will be telling everyone I know to stay far away. Also they mailed unnecessary documents with my full social security number on them.. With all the mail theft and fraud that happens these days why in the world would they do that?! Would have given zero stars if I could. Broadview credit union is far superior.

*Update* I received a call from Heather. I forget her exact title, but it was something to the effect of branch operations manager. She was very understanding of how this situation can make a new member feel. After speaking to her, I feel much better about keeping my business with this credit union! No zero star option. Not interested in helping members. More interested in being right, even when it negatively impacts their revenue. I’m talking about you card services 🤓 The branch on Buffalo Street is a much better representation of how members should be cared for.

Excellent experience with Mitch today getting a loan. He was attentive to our needs with a great rate and was able to receive approval in hours. I highly recommend Meridia for all your banking needs. The other banks charge way too much for their services.

I was a member here since I was 16, and when I fell on hard times, instead of not helping me, they told me I was no longer welcome as a member.

Not friendly right from the greeting and taken into the office. She seemed bothered and had a condescending attitude for first time using a service they provide . Zero personality.
