I have been a member at this credit union for over 20 years. The change recently has been dynamic. I left a message to get information on a loan and some questions on my account and within the hour I was called back by Crystal. She assisted me with my loan and worked with me. She helped me with my account questions as well. My loan was complete in 2 days. Crystal kept me updated and was very courteous. This is a good turn around from recent years. I am impressed and appreciative with Crystal.

This credit union has really made my year! I went in to apply for a loan and I was helped by Crystal and Nadine. They walked me through everything and I was approved the next day. Crystal was attentive, courteous and very patient with me. If you need a loan or need anything, go see Crystal in Hartsdale. Thank you Crystal!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one calls you back ever! Do not trust Angie (loan officer) to actually do her job there bc it will not get done and she will just go on vacation leaving your financial situation in limbo. How is the credit union still open?? Truly the worst customer service. Every employee (maybe one that was a little helpful but still not great Shawn) there has a chip on their shoulder. I would highly recommend not banking here

DO NOT GO TO HARTSDALE LOCATION and I would strong suggest avoiding this bank in general. Awful customer service. They tell you their “computers are down” or “system has crashed” and they will call you back they never do. It’s awful. They lose applications for auto loans and say you are applying for something and require co-signer they make the whole process so difficult and confusing. If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is a dump. And the far worse is their customer service. Very very disappointing. Our nurses union needs to change credit unions asap.

Currently 23 years old and needed a new vehicle. Thank God I found out about this credit union! I was in contact with a extremely helpful lady named Angie. She made the process so easy and it was pleasantly fast. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get the loan that I needed, but due to the incredible service I was able to receive my loan and get my new vehicle! Highly recommend going through this credit union!
