⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at the Happauge branch thanks to Cindy Mejia-Euceda. From the moment I walked in, Cindy was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire transaction step by step, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely seamless, smooth, and even enjoyable. Her attention to detail, patience, and clear communication truly set her apart. Cindy took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who combines expertise with genuine care for the customer experience, and Cindy does exactly that. Because of her, I left the branch feeling confident, appreciated, and very satisfied. I highly recommend working with Cindy Mejia-Euceda if you visit the Happauge branch—she is an absolute asset and a true professional. Thank you so much, Cindy!

Worst bank ever ! Don't do business with them! SECOND TIME WRITING THIS SINCE MY AGENT CALLED ME & SAID THEY SPOKE TO LYNN & EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED YET I RECEIVED ANOTHER LATE PAY ALERT !!!!! I had a car loan with them for over 3 years & now 3 years later !!!! They're for placing insurance claiming I haven't had any insurance at all My insurance agent spoke to them on the phone, they emailed and faxed all the proof (for the past 6+ months) One representative says everything is fine & a month later comes the threading letters/ emails & calls all over again! Now I'm in collection (FOR 3 MONTHS NOW)! for for-placed insurance I do not need! I fwd them everything from renewals, Dec pages, ID cards, evidence of insurance letters & they remove & add it back! My credit has dropped over 60 points in the last month because of this !!! & nobody cares !!! Nobody gets back to you!!! They're horrible!!!!! THEY CALL FROM AN AUTOMATIC LINE WITH NO OPTION TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. THEY REPLY WITH A DO-NOT REPLY EMAIL & EVERY REPRESENTATIVE IS EITHER RUDE, LIKE MR.BONILLA,OR DOESNT REPLY BACK LIKE MRS. RUBIO OR MRS.MONTALVO WHO CLAIM THEY WOULD HELP BUT HAVE YET TO RESPOND OR DO SO!!! My son opened an account over the summer, they never send him his debit card. He's called several times & nothing. He asked them recently to close the account & again no response... ever !!!
