I’ve been with this bank for years, at first I appreciated their dedication when it came to assisting the customer and providing customer service and products. But I spoke to a representative who was of no assistance. Both Long Island branches Customer service experience is poor. Looking to back with another credit Union

Called due depositing a large check and was advised a 15 day hold would be placed. I inquired on reaching out to company to speed the process up as I’ve had checks deposited over the years that have been a large amount and there’s never a hold. I said that sometimes the checks that are deposited are well over $6000 and she stated something about normally over 2k there’s a hold. Anyway, it was like she wasn’t trying to resolve this matter but only wanted to be rude. Rep was rude, manager was rude and now I’ll be speaking with another manager by the name of Malika or something like that and hopefully this will be resolved.

My bank for the last 25yrs. You ask me if they perfect? Answer is no but I like how they always fix and take care my issues, I cant complaint to much overall is great.

I have purchased multiple cars in my life. Applying and receive a loan has always been no problem has taken no time at all. Until I decided to try and get a loan through PEOPLE ALLIANCE. This was the worst experience I ever had on trying to obtain a loan. It took 5 days to absolutely get nowhere with these people. They may offer good interest rates but good luck trying to get the process taking care and it’s not worth the headache. I’m so happy I decided to go through another bank and get a loan and guess what it only took a matter of minutes! So happy my money is not going to them!. If you were smart you would never apply for a loan here.

Been member since 1997 service has declined. They do not seem to care anymore whether they get your satisfaction or not. They never call back or follow up on loan applications unless you hound them. They easily place the blame on someone else. My credit scores have improved yet i got denied . Ended up going to another credit union and had loan in minutes.guess it is time to move on.
