I've been banking at the Latham location for decades. Checking, savings, retirement, second mortgages, motorcycle loans, always exceptional service! I was sad when Kevin relocated, but the rest of the staff are great too! They have always been there when we needed them. I'll never bank elsewhere!

I have been a member of this credit union for 15 years this year and have ALWAYS recommended this credit union to anyone looking to start with credit unions, however the customer service has gone so far down hill in the past 5 years. We recently did a shared branch deposit of a PAYROLL check. It was held and when I called to ask them to release the hold the call back I got was "we can't release it without a copy of the check", which I understand, but they wouldn't reach out to the credit union we did the deposit with to request it! I've never had this issue before where they couldn't reach out to request a copy and asked me to. That's insane. I have no idea who to ask for, or what to ask, so why am I being told I need to do this now? So disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof, that is now being provided. 4/3/25-Update: I called this morning at 8:07 am. The credit union was not open, but I left a voicemail asking for someone to call me back as I had a question I was unsure about. It's been many years since I have used a service and was unsure if they still do it(single ACH requests to other credit unions). It is now 2:33 pm and I have still yet to receive a call. I had to call them back to ask the question . I received my answer, they do but for a fee. I went to my other credit union online banking site found they do it for free! If it wasn't for my loans I probably would pull my multiple accounts from here as the customer service is just steadily declining.

I have been with this bank for over 10 yrs and they always go above and beyond. Had a situation where I needed to be approved for a loan and Pat Shannon was on Vacation and still worked on my loan, gave me ideas to better protect and use the loan and the manager also went to bat for me... I recommend them to anyone looking for banking, loans or consolidation. I came in there with my nerves wrecked and they put me at ease and got my loan and put me is a space to get my credit back to 800's... They actually care and will help any way they can

My partner and I decided to apply for loan. At first we had Patt who was amazing she wasn’t going to be there for the timeline we needed. So we got transferred over to Chad he was rude one couldn’t remember my partners name even though they had talked multiple times. My partner already had a loan with his sister. And Chad completely screwed our loan up. Saying his sister was in school she’s a full time mother and she has a full time job. My partner has had his account for 5 years with them. Chad is rude my partner and her got declined even though they were already approved once. So then I added my mother on as a co-signer Chad didn’t remember my partners name again but even more was rude. I am filing a formal complaint I would be careful trying to go with a loan from here. The only good person here is patt.

I have been with this bank for over ten years now, I had an issue with the older vehicle I had and decided I needed to go buy a new car. I emailed down to the Latham office and within hours I got a phone call asking how they could help! They had me in that new car within the day and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Kevin is an amazing person to have on the team and the CEO personally came to meet me, which was amazing and it made me feel so much more comfortable. Thank you for being an amazing bank!! You all rock!!!
