I’ve been with this credit union now for like 15 years I think. I am SO happy to keep my money working for my community in Long Beach, as opposed to any bank of anyone, that uses your money to propagate profit before human. The employees are friends and neighbors and unlike bank of anyone, empathize with human beings. Jennifer Nguyen was especially helpful far beyond any kind of requirements, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Very easy to sign up. I never have to wait long for help. They have helped with my questions and making my first deposit easy. I love the location on 10th it’s walking distance from my home.

I cannot express how wonderful my exchanges have been at this location from charming Robert greeting me at the door - helping me sign in. Then opening an account with Steve G. who is kind, professional and knowledgeable. He really took the extra time to assist me. So rare to see customer service at this level. I'll be recommended to all my friends & family!

Switching to LBS has been a huge upgrade. The employees are relaxed and efficient with a truly helpful attitude very time. I always feel welcome. I love the fish tank where you can always find Nemo the clown fish!!
