The ladies gossip with friends while customers waited in line. This has happened multiple times. The one that made me the angriest was when my mother was sitting in the hot car, because the AC had just broke down. She had just been released from the hospital. I stood in line to cash my check so I could buy Mom her much needed medicine. The ladies were so busy chatting about one worker's daughter's school pictures, that they ignored the customers who were waiting in line. Another time a teller was gossiping with a guy in line who wasn't even a customer. They were just gossiping . I needed to cash my check before my break was over. I barely made it. They also closed my account unjustly, and kept my $5 deposit. I wanted to cancel a check due to an unjust charge. How are they still in business?

I have been with Twin Rivers for nearly 10 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They treat me like family and everyone that works there knows me by name. I see some very harsh reviews posted here and I have to say that I don’t believe a word of them. If you can’t get along with these folks? Maybe you should be burying your money in the back yard.

I wouldn't even give this bank a star but unfortunately you have to. When we opened our account months ago they gave us the wrong account number an now their telling us they are gonna deny our pay coming into our checking account! Not I'mpressed with this bank at all will be switching to a different bank asap!
