This location is typically very busy on a regular basis. Today however, I decided to go in fairly early in the morning. While there I encountered a very refreshing employee named Anthony upon checking in. Anthony greeted me right away and after I signed in and had a seat, he gathered a few things and was able to assist me himself. It was a fast , friendly, and welcoming experience. I'm glad I was able to get in and out in no time. The best part is being treated kindly, and that I was! (Was there for a notary service)

Love this branch. Yazmyne N. went above and beyond to help me with some financial issues on my account. Yazmyne was professional, friendly, and most importantly accurate with her information about my issue. She made a very stressful situation for me, turn out to be ok. The location in Medford is amazing. Every time I come everyone is welcoming and helpful. The teller was nice and signed me in. I waited a few minutes before I was seen by who I needed to see, Mr. Anthony. He was informative, friendly and efficient. I never have anything to complain about this location.

I am far from being a demanding client, I did need help from Reps over the phone once every blue moon, and in one year I called for help with the App regarding scheduling transfers since it is so confusing. Last time I spoke with a Rep she helped me straighten the transfer I need, but shortly after I found out the info she provided wasn't correct which caused me an issue with another account I have. When I called for an employee/manger to review the call and call me back with an advise, no one got back to me yet and I am not sure if the issue has been fixed or not and even an apology I didn’t receive yet!
