For the last 3 years, I have worked with Pam Way and Katie Ullman for assistance in reviving interest in the Ride for Missing Children-Mohawk Valley, a 30-year community event. Pam and Katie renewed the look and feel of our print media. They are professional and knowlegeable about the mission of this event. Add that to their vast expertise in promoting community fundraisers such as ours, I state unequivocally that their input has been invaluable to our leadership team and the recent growth of the RFMC-MV is due to their efforts on our behalf.

First becoming a member acquiring a loan was a one day process. Quick fast easy. Applying for an auto loan this time around is now approaching 2 weeks. This has been the worst loan experience I have ever undergone and I am strongly considering switching credit unions.

I have been a customer of First Source for over 10 years, from opening a savings account to taking out car loans to helping my daughters go through College. They offer great rates, are friendly, quick, and always helpful!

Overall, First Source FCU is a good bank/credit union! However, They're only open until 4pm during the week, which is terrible for those that work 8-4!! On top of that, it's difficult to get a loan at First Source, even if you put up your house as collateral!! π‘. I have been a loyal customer for over two decades, but it didn't seem to matter to the loan underwriters! π‘. The main positive about this branch...the level of customer service is excellent. They do have some nice people that work there! π

Do not I repeat do not bank with them. I was scammed out of $800 gave all the necessary proof of fraud and FS denied my claim. I had over 30 supporting documents ! FS will not protect its consumers. And donβt start your sentence with I understand or unfortunately. Cram it ! FS is the scam! Do not bank with them. Consumer beware.
