They dont help with anything. They just deny you and tell you to figure it out for yourself. They get paid to just stand there pretty much. Whole family banks with them currently but won't be soon due to their lack of care and help. DONT BANK WITH THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

They have been giving my money to someone else for two weeks now. This place is absolutely ridiculous. No one has any clue what is going on. If there was 0 stars they would deserve it.

As a new local business owner in the area I stopped there today to purchase some rolled coins. The clerk told me that I could not do that because I was not a member and because that even members were now charged an extra fee to do that! My response? Good luck keeping members! Not one of the better Banks I've ever dealt with and probably will never deal with again

I bank here. They usually have friendly service. I really like Stacy. I would almost give 3 stars because they often don't answer the phone even with time in between calls. They also don't do the direct deposit ledger right away on Monday.

Have never had a major problem. Not sure why anyone would choose one of those other banks just to get fee'd to death or mowed down by small print disclosures. I work for a different very popular bank and let me just say there is a huge difference in products, ethics and competency.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
