This bank is officially the worst bank to go to. They have no communication someone will tell you one thing then someone else will call back and say something completely different. They force you into signing paperwork and make everything difficult. Currently looking into a lawsuit due to the lie. They will tell you whatever you wanna hear to make you sign papers with them. Highly don’t recommend!!!

They sent us a letter with our account information, how to create a log in before they merged with encompass. The only complaint that I have, is when they 1st merged, it was showing a payment due, even though it was made. They emailed me back and said it was a system issue.
