I love this CU! The team there at GNFCU is awesome. There was a time when other institutions refused to give me a credit card (no credit history), but GNFCU stepped in and save the day. I will never forget how good they've been to me. I'd highly encourage everyone to capitalize on the affordable services they are providing for the community. Community based institutions are essential for our growth and development; and GNFCU is doing an excellent job serving the community!

Great bank, very great with my car loan. The only downside is having to call or show up to the bank every month to make payment. They had a mobile banking option to pay by card for 2 months and got rid of it, when I’d asked about it they said it’d be back and I’ve never see it since. This was over 2 years ago. Now I am unable to use my Capital One card to make payments by phone because they no longer accept it and I don't even live in the state to appear in person anymore. Not sure how they expect me to pay them :|

Julie is the most wonderful and responsive loan officer I have been working with. She spent time and took extra steps to help me navigate the very tight timeline the car dealership gave to me. She guided me through all the documentation requirements and helped me secure the best loan rate in the market. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone who is looking for a loan.

Greater Niagara FCU helped me refinance a dealer car loan with reasonable interest rate vs. what the dealer offered to me for someone having very good credit. Julie was very nice and professional. She made this auto loan refinance very easy to do. I highly recommend the Greater Niagara FCU for your loan needs.
