I have been a member of Niagara Falls AFB Federal Credit Union since 1987, that's 34 years of interactions and experiences with the credit union and their staff. That is a great deal of time and history with one establishment when you consider that Niagara Falls AFB Federal Credit Union has only been serving members since 1955, or a total of 66 years. In my lifetime I have belonged to about a half a dozen various credit unions both locally and out of the state. So I can speak with experience and authority when I say the following. By far, this is the best credit union that I have ever belonged to and/or been a member of in my lifetime!!! One of the hard to find conveniences that I truly value, appreciate and find the most helpful is being able to access my account via their 24/7 automated telephone line without the need of a smart phone, computer or the internet. Today as a USAF Veteran I would just like to say to the staff at Niagara Falls AFB Federal Credit Union, "Thank you for your service". Posted Monday, September 06, 2021

My Mother opened an account for me here 35 years ago. All the people have been great over the years. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. My granddaughter thinks it's pretty neat to see the planes up close when I take her on base with me.

When they went home for the long holiday weekend, they shut everything down, including the computers that allow us to access our money. It's going to be a very bad New Year.

I love the quaintness of this building because it is truly a fortress. Simple, yet affective keeps my account open without fees and the employees are nice as well.
