This has been our bank for years. Much better service than the big banks.

Horrible experience everytime I visit the Oceanside branch. The only thing that keeps me banking here is that I have direct deposits going into this institution. The tellers are always annoyed and have a very nasty attitude. The guest services desk people are unsure of their products, and I had one change an account transaction incorrectly a few years ago. After today's experience, I had to write this review. I'll be closing my accounts once I redirect my paychecks.

Horrible Credit Union, I purchased a car through them and the vehicle was paid off. I had a credit with them so they put it in a savings account but wouldn't give me access to the account. They're a small credit union with only 2 locations and they have short hours. They close at 3pm which most people are working. It's really inconvenient situation. I called several time and was given the run around. It was almost like they didn't want me to have the money in the account. I never dealt with a credit union like this.

These are the bottom of the barrel in the banking/Credit Union Business. They are unknowledgeable, poorly trained, bunch of novices. Zero regard for your needs, Everything is a big ordeal to get done. I went in to get a loan, and I waited & waited until I decided to walk around the corner to another Credit Union where I was treated like a human being....and serviced professionally...I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would give them zero stars if I could! Stay Away!,,,,,

We experienced a death in the family and have to access a safe deposit box for the deceased. The steps to access it have been a nightmare with the surrogate court. We live out of state and traveled here to access the box with an order from the court. Multiple voice messages and emails were left unanswered. When we arrived, Liz had not checked her email or messages. We traveled from Texas only to find out there’s another step before we could open the box. How does a manager not check messages and emails and follow up with a client?
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
