Staff is rude, no customer service manners. Their online banking is constantly down, their app always has problems. Its not worth your time to bank with these people.

Absolutely no help at all. It’s to bad they don’t have a star rating to go negative. No sense of urgency at all.all employees wandering around like they have no clue as to what they are doing. Management needs to go down stairs to observe this themselves instead of waiting for bad reviews before they look into matter.dont waste your time. Put your money elsewhere

ServU, has been an excellent place for me to do my banking. The employees have always been polite and very enjoyable to me, rather it be tellers, even the loan department. I am glad I bank at ServU.

The online banking is always down, it never works. Went in for a loan was denied even though my credit is 700, went to a different bank same day and got approved. I just don't think they really try to help. Bout to take my money out and go to a better bank!

I was a member from my teens to this incident ('99 to '15). Went in to get a loan with my wife. Her credit wasn't great but mine was (800+). Went in for two visits and thought we had it. Nope, the dealership called and asked what was going on. A week later when WE called them they informed us that they needed a note from one of my wife's paid off loans. That afternoon we spent our lunch (about 1.5 hours) at the large local Credit Union and received the loan with no fuss. It took a week to get all of our money transferred to the new bank and we closed out the account at ServU for good. The new bank is way more professional and great to deal with. The only feature of ServU I miss is the free automatic transfer between Savings and Checking.
