Just walked out of AmeriCU, 6 people working at minimum, 3 people in line and the cashier's are too busy to help anyone. This company took over our wonderful credit union and everything has been screwed up ever since the changeover. Our cards expire Monday, and the new ones haven't been sent! There is "NO customer service" here just workers ignoring the customers who make their jobs possible. Oh yeah, to the couple in the Bronco who had to rush ahead of me to be first in line, HA HA!

Since it merged with AmeriCU Credit Union, the bank formerly known as Mountain Valley Federal Credit Union has been unable to perform the minimal functions a customer reasonably would expect from a bank. The irony of the situation is that the merger with the larger credit union, AmeriCU Credit Union, was sold to members of the smaller credit union, Mountain Valley Federal Credit Union, as a means of providing a wider range of services.

I can’t say enough good things about Maggie at Mountain Valley Federal Credit Union! She consistently goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Most recently, she helped me secure financing for a new car when I truly thought it wouldn’t be possible. Her kindness, patience, and expertise made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Maggie genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows in everything she does. Thank you!!! 😊

I've been using this Credit Union since the 90's and they have always been a pleasure to do business with. Most recently we applied for an auto loan, and it went incredibly smooth! I would highly recommend!

Amy Pellerin, Director of Mortgage Lending has gone above and beyond for my husband and I as we purchased a new vehicle and refinanced another! She had great communication with us both, she worked fast and was very helpful during the process!
