Like all the other credit union, I thought these places were supposed to help build your credit, I've only been told NO from them as well! Thanks for helping to build my credit, I've never could get loans, could never get a credit card. It IS ALWAYS NO. Why was I always rejected when everybody else was given hand over fist!!!! Do more for the people and I'll give you a higher Stars

This bank used to be a solid bank had them for 8 plus years, until they got to big for their pants. The Complete lack of understanding and complete disregard for people is deplorable. Harassment over loans past due by no more then 2 days, job change and pay period change good luck trying to get them to switch it to match your pay, along with telling them not to auto-pay doesn't work they'll pull double by " accident " and have to wait 3 business days for that extra taken over the weekend. This kinda rubs you the wrong way when an institution isn't handling your money right, and not to mention the amount of times account holders information was stolen due to the banks negligence. Absolutely recommend using Arfcu, arrow,or seacom now nobody's perfect but they do it better then these guys do.

I have been with DFCU for 10 years now I think and the staff was always polite to me and very understanding in most cases. I have never encountered any staff member there who was rude or disrespectful. I will say that I would assume working at a bank or anything federal related facility can be stressful and at times can be overwhelming at times. I have been very faithful to DFCU and honestly I have never been treated like a respectable client until I started banking with them! Thank you DFCU,you guys are always on my "Awesome List'!

I have been here twice now for a loan. The loan officer I delt with, Christie, was not very pleasant. Made everything sound way more difficult than it really was. As for the tellers, Logan, the worst one, very impatient, not clear with instructions, and clearly hates her job displaying it to all the customers by her actions. Miserable people but the rate was the best in town. I would suggest going to another location other than Tom Miller road. ****Update**** 4/19/2023 I just received a call from the bank chief loan officer Alley. She explained the expetations of DFCU employees and expressed their concerns. We talked about my experience and how it could have been different. I really appreciate the call, I will be visiting the Tom Miller Road branch in the future. Thank you Alley!

$82.50 of fees because my account went in the negative. This doesn't sound fair especially during these horrible times of inflation. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for gouging money from the poor. Update: I tried to make a purchase overseas which caused my card to get locked. I called dfcu just before going into the grocery store to make sure it was active. They assured me that it was. It got declined. I called them back and they didn't care at all that I had to use my credit card.
