Never mind the Poughkeepsie branch. Deal with Christopher Pflaum at the Beekman branch. Chris helped me sort out issues with my aging parents. He was welcoming, kind and sensitive to my needs. A complete 180 from the treatment I received at Poughkeepsie. Keep it up Chris! I foresee a promotion in your future.
