I’ve had a great experience with Quorum Federal Credit Union, particularly Phoenix Blake and Mirella Prestia. The team is knowledgeable and very responsive. Communication has been clear, timelines move along in a timely manner, and the overall process feels organized and efficient. Quorum stands out by providing solid service, solid people, and a credit union that does what it says it’s going to do. Highly recommend.

The process to paydown your HELOC is very difficult and seems intended to keep you from doing so. In attempting this for my loan I called their contact number and after multiple transfers reached a rep who, after 15 min, said they could not provide me with a paydown amount but if I went to the website, the amount would be available in 3-4 hours. It was not. After searching the website for a long time, I finally found a "view quote" link. I clicked on it and it immediately told me the paydown amount could not be shown online and I would have to call another number during working hours M-F. Today is Sat, so I will have to take this up again on Mon, with no obvious end in sight. Unbelievably frustrating, and seems intentional. Do better Quorum.

! I truly hope you pass this on to your management team. I have been brokering loans for 23 years and very rarely do I ever get the feeling that the investors care about the broker’s reputation and how the work that they do affects our ability to get referrals from our clients. Not only did I get the feeling that you and your team cared about me, but you cared about my client even more. This client was going to face a substantial tax penalty if he could not get the money from the heloc wired to his account by Friday. Most other investors would have apologized and said that there is nothing they could do and moved the closing beyond the date we needed it to avoid the tax penalty. But not you guys!!! They you for making me look Great!!

Have been with this credit union for over 20 years for personal accounts! Once a business account was needed Quorum Federal Credit Union was the obvious choice! There employees have always exhibited great customer service! Knowledgeable with a willingness to help and get to the end result. They also have Great Products!
