I hate to write a bad review, but this one is warranted. I called to inquire about their services and prepare myself time to stop in. Someone picked up, greeted me, and hung up within a second. I barely got to say hi back. Called back several times giving the situation the benefit of the doubt, and absolutely no answer. Whoever is there may be busy with in-store clients, or whatever the case is it takes just a few seconds to state as much. It sets a negative tone before even going there. Smh. Safe to say, I'll look to do business elsewhere that actually wants it.

All these 5 star reviews are all lies. I have zero idea how this place stays in business. No communication. As a member of my union with good credit got 0 loans approved. Can’t get in contact with anyone. Rude people forget customer service. It should get 0 stars.

Find another credit union!!! I wouldn’t support this business with a penny. Rude tellers that don’t know their business of banking. And management that frankly doesn’t care they give terrible customer service. This place has only one branch and the only reason even thought about using this branch was it was convenient. Well, it wasn’t convenient at all! We’ll never be visiting Q side Federal ever again. Tragic financial institution #GoodRiddance

The staff has always been pleasant and personable whenever I've needed anything. Its a smaller staff, so its definitely more personal and interactive than dealing with a larger bank chain. Sheryann is amazing! She helped me with everything from opening my account to applying for loans, and made the processes nice and easy. I definitely recommend.
