I can't say enough positive things about the folks in this branch. I called yesterday with a potential problem with a direct deposit with a problem with the account number. They posted the payment manually for me on time and will do so the next couple of months until the sender corrects the problem. This level of service isn't unusual. Everyone I speak with is kind and helpful.

I've had nothing but an amazing experience every time I come into the branch. Always greeted with a warm smile and somebody's willing to help. Christina Kominovski has taken her time to be very understanding and make my experience is very pleasurable. Banking with a company that I trust is very important. Christina makes me feel like I matter and A member that's important to the business. I will continue to recommend to friends and family!!!!

I’ve been with Family First for over 25 years. Even though I’ve lived out of state for more than 15 years, I’ve kept my account because their service is unmatched. Over the years, I’ve taken out several loans, and every time they’ve been competitive, responsive, fast, and genuinely friendly to work with. Most recently, I worked with Clarisa Rodriguez, and she was the definition of professional, approachable, and efficient. With my demanding job, I value communication that’s clear and stress-free and Clarisa delivered exactly that. I also have accounts with several big-box banks, but the difference is night and day. Those banks make you feel like just another number on a conveyor belt. Family First, on the other hand, has always treated me like ‘family’. That’s why I’ve stayed loyal for more than two decades.
