Erin D . at the front desk in Black River Blvd is honestly one of the best parts of coming here. She’s always smiling, super friendly, and actually wants to help—like, you can tell she loves her job. The branch in Rome N.y is OUTSTANDING. There is not one person who is not kind ,helpful , respectful. They are always smiling and the way they work together makes you want to only go there . I will not go any where else . Had I not tried th is branch I was getting ready to close my account . They sure deserve to hear from their higher ups on how good of a job they are doing.
