The best financial institution around! Staff is always kind, personable and helpful in person as well as over the phone. Stephanie, Debbie, Gina are the best tellers around! Laura has become a friend that has helped us many times through the toughest situations and Karen is an equally great bank manager. I've never encountered such awesome individuals - in Hawaii, where I'm from or here in upstate NY.

Bank closes at 430pm on friday???... wish I could get out of work early and still have enough time to deposit my check Friday so im not broke all weekend. I'll be looking for a bank that stays open till 5pm on Friday after racing across town for nothing.
