After recently enlisting I have met many people from the 109th. Everyone is welcoming and professional. TSgt Derrick Thompson is my recruiter and I have recieved nothing but the best in leading me through the process of enlistment. I worked with TSgt. Thompson to get enlisted in the Air Guard. My enlistment required a waiver and this waiver was incredibly tricky and hard to get. TSgt. Thompson guided me through the process with timely updates, consistently keeping me in the loop and updated, always ready to answer questions. TSgt. Thompson exemplified commitment and professionalism that you would expect from the Air Force. I was made comfortable and he was always upfront, honest, and made sure I knew exactly what my options were and what I was signing up for. The 109th Airlift Wing is lucky to have TSgt. Going into a new Branch of Service, not knowing what to expect, I was petrified and I had anxiety. However, having a Recruiter like TSgt Derrick Thompson made it smooth, pleasant, and accomplishable. His knowledge and experience he made the process extremely feasible. I really appreciate the spectacular service he offered in getting the process completed in a timely manner. Thank you TSgt.

Have spoken with base personnel regarding training, Class that suppose to be scheduled, All air bases are good, There are some bases and air stations haven't visit yet.
